We have seeking enthusiastic Senior Support Workers to work in our residential care homes supporting people with learning disabilities.

The successful applicants will be good communicators, resilient and flexible, have a good understanding of digital care planning, and good understanding of governance and quality assurance systems. They will understand the importance of promoting and maintaining a professional atmosphere within the service and will bring positivity with them!
You will have experience in this role or be looking to take the next step in your career with adults and young people with a learning disability or mental health needs. We accept full or part time positions. We pay mileage and travel time for any travel to other services, and we pay your hourly rate for all training!
All posts are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS and two references.
