The Role

To maximise sales opportunities with a particular focus on private pay residents, ensuring the customer journey is managed with excellence and that conversion and occupancy targets are met.

Providing business development support to the Home Manager and work closely with the Manager to develop sales skills within their teams, and implement sales and marketing plans.

Generate leads and enquiries and progress them to next step.

Increase brand awareness within the local community and develop strong community links to generate new leads, including organising and holding events and conducting external presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of sales enquiry generation and managing sales pipeline.
  • Care sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Target driven with a self-starter approach and the commercial awareness to deliver financial targets.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Proficient in using social media and IT

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
