Caring People Recruitment Recommended on carehome.co.uk

Looking for staff

Your staff are your most important asset. You will want to recruit dedicated, hardworking people to work for you in order to protect and enhance the reputation of your business.

Caring People

Caring People have been most professional in helping us source suitable staff to work with people who have learning disabilities. Their staff have been diligent in providing the correct paperwork which is required in our recruitment process. We thank Caring People for helping us staff our homes with the professional, caring people we require.

Caring People – ‘Going the extra mile’ to ensure quality

At Caring People Recruitment we understand how important it is to provide you with the best possible candidates to fill your staff vacancies. After all, the people who work for you are your most valuable resource. Every candidate put forward by us for interview will first have been through a detailed pre-screening process with Caring People.

Their experience, qualifications and, above all, suitability for the job, will have been thoroughly checked. In the case of candidates from abroad who are coming to work for you as nurses, carers or LD support workers, we will ensure they have a good standard of spoken and written English.

We will ensure that all ID documents, employment references and home country criminal record clearance documents are obtained before arrival. We will also assist with DBS applications where requested.

5 ways to recruit good staff

We have five “tried and tested” ways in which you can recruit staff:

  • A two-day recruitment trip to Poland. Up to 15 candidates a day can be interviewed face-to-face at our interview centres in Warsaw or Krakow.
  • Face-to-face interviews at our interview centre in London, where up to 15 candidates can be interviewed in one day.
  • Telephone interviews – the most cost-effective and potentially the quickest way of recruiting small numbers of staff who currently live abroad.
  • Face-to-face at your own care home if the applicant lives within a reasonable distance.
  • A recruitment day at your own care home which we will organise for you from start to finish. All you will need to do is interview lots of good candidates!

When it comes to recruiting managers, deputy managers, heads of care and clinical leads, we have a vast database of potential candidates and work with a whole range of recruitment partners across the UK and Europe to find the very best people to fill your vacancies.

Our Terms & Conditions offer all clients a three-month rebate period which provides for a replacement at 50% of the usual recruitment fee on the rare occasions when things don’t work out with a new employee who has been placed by us.
